Well, personally i think the colors go very well! the cutie mark is very cute also and I think its very original (since no one makes green ponies these days, and they can look very nice!) :3
so lets skip that for now.
Well, i'd have to say the wing should be a bit bigger.And the hind leg a bit longer. I think you should also try to make the eye a bit bigger. Doesn't have to be perfectly pony-style, but just bigger. Take the eye and move it over more toward the snout. Anyways, thats basically it. You did good :D

alright first off how did you even take this picture! it is so sweet and tender. my favorite part is between the hair that is very a lot like my own hair, swooping like an emerald green wave over my head and down to my back hoof. she is very similar to my mother. my other favorite part is the proportion of the wing, carrying the whole man up in the air. i believe that it could be a statement on society, about how we have so little to carry us around in our lives all the time. do you know what i mean. i also like his tatoo. my father also has a tatoo,but its not of a turtle hand holding a lightning bolt. that was a joke hahaha sorry. sorry for my bad english, i am korean! very good art! bravo!
